XiaoHua was rescued in Beijing, China in August 2021. According to the locals, Xiaohua had been a stray since she was a puppy. A few years later, she had many kids. XiaoHua eventually became a grandma. Her whole family had been wandering on the street almost their whole lives.
In 2021, they were reported to the police. Many of them were sent to Qiliqu Detention center in Beijing, China, Qiliqu is a high-killing detention center. A hell for dogs and cats. Animals from there can barely make it out alive. Becky and her rescue partners decided to help her after hearing her story. Luckily, they rescued the rest of them before anything worse happened.
After a long wait, XiaoHua finally got her freedom flight. She has been happily adopted by a sweet family from Canada. Life will only be better for XiaoHua from now on.
